Trip To IF

So Anna, the boys and I just got back from our tip to IF where we went camping with Trevor Pett, Lynn Elsworth, Matt Foster, and their families Trevor and Lynn both brought four wheelers and one motorcycle. I believe we all had fun. Lynn and I went on a good ride with our mountain bikes Saturday. We ate good and we got very dirty. We did miss having Tyler and his family there.

Making Apple Juice

Here is a photo of the  press and shredder set up and ready to start making juice. Below is a clip showing the juice draining from the press.  We made about 20  gallons of juice from 12 buckets of apples. The shredder and press worked just as good as I had hoped.
